Writing to Heal
WRITING TO HEAL - A 60 minute therapeutic writing group for anyone who identifies as a woman of color. All groups are virtual and run from 6pm-7pm every Sunday over a four-week period. Studies indicate that expressive writing is a self-reflective tool that can improve mental health and overall well-being. Writing helps process complex emotions and provides a greater understanding of ourselves and the significant events that have shaped who we are. Come join us and write in your pjs!
